Yard/Garage Sale This weekend!

Misc... kids clothes boys and girls like 4 to 14, toys, movies, stuffed animals and room decor. Disney TV, vcr, etc..

Misc. household items, country style tables, cd tower, lots of decor like apples, sunflowers and misc stuff...lamps

Also tan leather love seat and recliner. Will not be onsite but we can provide pics if interested.

Bulky Item Collection
Bulky items such as carpet, appliances, furniture, mattresses, etc., will be picked up by the city crews only during your annual neighborhood area cleanup, scheduled sometime between March 1 and August 30.

Find your collection date fast... go to the online lookup by address!

  • City trucks will go through your neighborhood only ONCE. Items placed at the curb behind the crews will not be collected.
  • Do not place items out more than 3 days in advance of your collection date.
  • Do not mix bulky items with yard waste, recyclables or brush.
  • Items the city can collect include: mattresses, appliances, furniture, carpet and toys.
  • Items not acceptable for collection include: electronic waste, yard waste, wood, lumber, building material, glass, tires, car parts, paint, oil drums, cement, rocks and hazardous or infectious waste.
    • PLEASE NOTE: televisions and computers and related computer equipment are banned from landfills in North Carolina. This includes  CPUs, laptops, monitors, printers, printer/fax/scan devices, mice and keyboards; and all televisions, including flat-panel televisions, projection televisions and televisions with picture tubes.   More information on banned landfill items 
  • Collectible bulky items mixed with uncollectible items will not be removed. If you live in a townhouse or condo, there is a possibility that items will need to be placed in a central location for easier collection.
  • Bulky item collection is for single family residences, NOT businesses or apartments.
  • Other than the one-time annual neighborhood pickup, residents should dispose of these items at the Hanes Mill Road Landfill. Landfill hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Making a Splash


Welcome to our blog page!

With Summer on its way, so are we! Current residents already know the massive amounts of upgrades and new awesomeness going on around the community, but new prospects and visitors may not realize it! Over the past year we have renovated almost every apartment, started adding 3 bedrooms with 1288 square feet! Our new playground and picnic pavilion with grilling areas have been a huge hit, not to mention the gorgeous look of our Knock-Out Rose bushes and Crape Mertal trees in front of our buildings. Parking lots have been repaved, trash compactor is in and our leasing specials are moving like mad!

Now leasing 1 bedroom one bath for just $430, 2 bedroom 1 bath for just $510 and 2 bedroom 2 baths for $570. All this includes a newly renovated apartment, brush nickel lighting, new appliances, carpet and vinyl, some utilities and the best part.. and on-site professional staff ready to help in any way we can! Now open 7 days a week we can better serve our residents and the new ones to come!

The pool is now open( pool passes required ) the Tennis Court is getting its workout and our friendly furry pets can be walked near the pet stations provided. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Thursdays only we are open until 6:30pm.. Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
